You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content. Your expertise in Turkish (Turkey) allows you to ensure that machine-translated materials are accurate and natural, aligning with project guidelines. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify systemic quality issues, including tone mismatches and terminology inconsistencies.

You possess the ability to conduct second-pass quality reviews, validating and calibrating severity assessments to maintain high-quality standards. Your feedback is qualitative and contributes significantly to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts. You are comfortable working on an ad hoc basis, adapting to varying volumes and timing based on client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct thorough quality reviews of Turkish (Turkey) customer service content, focusing on improving machine-translated materials. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to ensure alignment with established quality standards.
