You have a proven track record in partnership management, with experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders. You understand the nuances of category strategy and have a data-informed approach to decision-making. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, allows you to effectively turn insights into actionable strategies. You are a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a diverse portfolio of sellers.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or live shopping platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with seller engagement strategies. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to inform your decisions and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in marketing or product management would enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of up to 200 sellers, guiding them to scale their businesses efficiently. You will work closely with your Category Lead to develop strategies that elevate the buyer experience and drive seller success. Your role will involve analyzing seller performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation on the platform. You will collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that seller insights are integrated into go-to-market strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
You will also engage with sellers regularly, providing coaching and support to help them navigate the platform and maximize their potential. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of Whatnot's marketplace, as you will be at the forefront of driving community engagement and commerce.
