You have a proven track record in partnership management and strategic execution, ideally with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Your ability to build deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as you will guide sellers to scale efficiently and innovate on the platform. You are data-driven and can turn seller insights into actionable strategies that enhance buyer experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Product to achieve exceptional results. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and motivate your team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. You are forward-thinking and embrace innovation, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-growing marketplace or live shopping platform would be a plus. Familiarity with category strategy and go-to-market execution will help you excel in this role. A background in analytics or data interpretation can enhance your ability to make informed decisions that drive success.
What you'll do
As the Director of Key Accounts, you will lead the strategy and execution for Whatnotβs most influential sellers, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to thrive on the platform. You will partner closely with your Category Lead to develop and implement strategies that elevate the seller experience and drive growth. Your role will involve analyzing seller performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with sellers and buyers alike. Additionally, you will work with the Trust & Safety team to ensure compliance and a safe marketplace environment. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team, as you guide them to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of Whatnot.
