What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the hiring efforts for Whatnot's Product Design and Creative teams. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top design talent, as well as building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.

You will also be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. By leveraging your expertise in design recruitment, you will help shape the future of Whatnot's design teams, contributing to the company's mission of redefining e-commerce through community and innovation.
