You understand the nuances of hiring for creative positions and can effectively communicate Figma's mission and values to potential candidates. Your background includes developing pipeline strategies and crafting outreach that resonates with diverse talent.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with Product and Design leaders to refine hiring processes. Your ability to build relationships and understand the needs of hiring managers allows you to attract exceptional talent. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring a smooth recruiting lifecycle from start to finish.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for various Product and Design roles, including Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, and UX Researchers. You will collaborate with leadership to design scalable top-of-funnel strategies that align with Figma's growth objectives. Your outreach efforts will reflect Figma's voice and culture, sparking interest among candidates.
You will deeply understand Figma's products and mission, sharing this knowledge with candidates to create a personal connection. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. You will also participate in refining the overall recruiting strategy to enhance Figma's talent acquisition efforts.
