You are skilled at building strong pipelines and have a knack for exploring creative channels to reach candidates beyond traditional platforms.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and closing offers. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can articulate the value of candidates to hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
