Who you are
You have 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale-up or large tech company — you understand the nuances of hiring in a fast-paced environment and have a strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools. Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage with candidates effectively, ensuring a client-centered approach throughout the recruitment process. You are self-disciplined and able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to work autonomously.
Desirable
Experience managing cross-border and cross-cultural hiring is highly valued — you appreciate the complexities involved in recruiting for diverse teams across different regions. Your passion for technology drives you to stay updated on industry trends, which helps you identify the best talent for Wheely's needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles, primarily focused on the UK while also supporting global offices in the UAE, Europe, and the US. You will help Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process, participating in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen the employer brand. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience. You will play a key role in shaping a world-class team that drives Wheely's next phase of growth.
