You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the GCC region, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to effectively manage and expand wholesale partnerships. Your experience includes successfully onboarding and managing relationships with brick-and-mortar retailers, marketplaces, and distributors, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. You understand the nuances of the GCC market and are adept at navigating its unique challenges and opportunities.
You are results-driven and have a deep understanding of sales strategies that drive growth and performance. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to develop effective sales plans that align with WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.
What you'll do
As the GCC Senior Sales Manager, you will report directly to the AVP of Global Sales and take charge of leading wholesale partnerships and expansion efforts in the GCC region. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard and manage relationships with brick-and-mortar retailers, marketplaces, and distributors, ensuring that they are equipped to effectively sell WHOOP products. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with WHOOP's mission and drive growth in the region.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all sales processes are optimized and that partners receive the necessary support to succeed. This includes training and educating partners on WHOOP's products and services, as well as providing ongoing support to address any challenges they may face. Your role will also involve analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, allowing you to make informed decisions that benefit both WHOOP and its partners.
