Desirable

Experience in the nonprofit sector or technology fields is a plus, as is familiarity with HR information systems and data analytics. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the People Department's efforts to innovate and transform HR systems, ensuring they are aligned with the Foundation's mission and values. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to develop strategies that improve the employee experience and position Wikimedia as an employer of choice. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of new HR systems, managing the transition process, and representing the People Department in cross-department projects. You will also be responsible for driving culturally-aligned HR investments that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture that supports the Foundation's goals.
