You are a strong communicator, capable of representing the People Department in various projects and working groups.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with Wikimedia's mission. You will lead a team responsible for overseeing key projects that enhance the employee experience and position Wikimedia as an employer of choice. Your responsibilities will include managing the transition of updated HR systems into their respective sub-departments, ensuring a seamless integration process.

You will represent the People Department in cross-departmental projects, collaborating with various teams to drive initiatives that support the Foundation's goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the People Department. You will also be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
