Wishpond is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue execution and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, including Mexico.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations, with experience in managing revenue tooling and analytics. You understand the importance of data integrity and lifecycle management, ensuring that systems are reliable and effective in driving revenue performance. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, building relationships, and ensuring that products and services are utilized effectively by clients. You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to produce accurate revenue forecasts and executive-ready dashboards for leadership. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities within the revenue process, and you are eager to evolve into a strategic leadership role over time.
What you'll do
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end revenue tooling, including CRM systems, forecasting, and analytics. You will maintain data hygiene and lifecycle integrity, ensuring that all systems are reliable and effective. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Department to drive the success of SalesCloser.ai, producing accurate revenue forecasts aligned with the VP of Sales and Customer Success. You will build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership and the board, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Over time, you will scale your role into a strategic RevOps leadership position, evolving into function-specific operations such as Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Marketing Ops.
