You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are a fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research and synthesize ideas quickly. You are proactive about solving problems and ready to take on additional initiatives as they emerge.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are comfortable navigating complex workflows and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to inform product improvements and enhancements.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our platform. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into our offerings. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize their use of our technology.
You will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and retention, working to understand their business goals and aligning our solutions to meet those needs. You will analyze customer usage data to identify trends and proactively address any issues that may arise. Your role will involve advocating for customers internally, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritized.
