Overview
Tanium is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize their investment in the Tanium platform. You'll work collaboratively with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive renewal and upsell opportunities. This role requires experience in managing customer relationships, particularly in the State, Local Government, and Higher Education sectors.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the State, Local Government, and Higher Education sectors. You understand the importance of aligning technology solutions with customer needs and have a proven track record of building and maintaining executive relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive value for customers is paramount in your role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve customer success. You are adept at identifying risks to customer renewals and have experience in guiding large, decentralized organizations through technology adoption. Your technical expertise allows you to leverage best practices to ensure customers fully utilize the Tanium platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive and communicate value for our SLED customers by aligning Tanium capabilities to their desired outcomes. You will contribute to world-class retention and expansion by partnering with teammates across functional areas to create paths to full platform adoption. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas to expand usage or capabilities and recognizing potential risks to customer renewals. You will build and maintain executive and administrative customer relationships, ensuring that Tanium aligns with their mission and operational priorities. You will apply your experience with hybrid environments to strategically guide implementation and ensure that customers receive maximum value from their investment in Tanium.
