You have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, focusing on building and maintaining scalable systems. Your expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and container orchestration with Kubernetes has allowed you to optimize performance and reliability in production environments. You are proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure as code, ensuring that deployments are consistent and repeatable. Your experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus enables you to monitor system health and troubleshoot issues effectively. You understand the importance of security in infrastructure and have worked with secrets management systems like Vault to protect sensitive information. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Desirable

Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source infrastructure projects is a plus. Familiarity with additional tools like ClickHouse and Redis can enhance your contributions to our team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Workato, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that support our enterprise orchestration platform. You will collaborate with software engineers to ensure that our applications are deployed efficiently and securely. Your role will involve automating deployment processes using Terraform and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes. You will also set up monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana and Prometheus to ensure high availability and performance of our services. Additionally, you will participate in incident response and troubleshooting, leveraging your expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
