Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in managing cloud environments and deploying scalable applications. Your expertise in AWS and Terraform allows you to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. You are proficient in container orchestration with Kubernetes and have hands-on experience with Docker, enabling you to create efficient deployment pipelines. Your knowledge of Linux systems ensures that you can troubleshoot and optimize server performance effectively.

You are familiar with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, which you use to monitor system health and performance metrics. Your understanding of secrets management systems like Vault helps you maintain security best practices in your infrastructure. You have contributed to or maintained open-source infrastructure projects, showcasing your commitment to community-driven development and continuous learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that support Workato's enterprise orchestration platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that infrastructure meets the needs of various applications and services. Your role will involve optimizing existing systems for performance and reliability, as well as implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

You will lead initiatives to improve observability and monitoring across the infrastructure, using tools like Grafana and Prometheus to provide insights into system performance. You will also work on automating deployment processes using Terraform and Kubernetes, ensuring that applications can be deployed quickly and reliably.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in infrastructure management. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of internal tools that improve team productivity. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and agility of Workato's operations, helping the company to navigate complex workflows in real-time.
