What you'll do

As a Product Engineer on the Vault team, you will be responsible for building and scaling WorkOS Vault, a product that enables applications to encrypt and manage sensitive data securely. You will define new abstractions for developer-friendly encryption and craft APIs that are both simple and powerful. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of a rapidly growing customer base.

You will work on high-throughput systems that handle millions of encryption requests daily, ensuring reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enhance the security and usability of the Vault product. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product based on their needs, ensuring that WorkOS Vault remains a leader in the encryption key management space.
