What you'll do
As an Account Manager at WorkWave, you will be responsible for driving customer expansion and ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our innovative software and fintech solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our offerings. You will also play a key role in the launch of new products, such as Wavelytics, our AI-powered analytics suite, by educating clients on its benefits and features.
