Who you are
You have a strong background in compliance and ethics, particularly in managing risks related to anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption. Your experience includes navigating complex regulatory environments and implementing effective compliance programs. You understand the importance of cultural nuances in compliance and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to records management and control environments. You are skilled in fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within organizations, ensuring that all employees understand their responsibilities in upholding compliance standards. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating compliance policies and procedures to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to promote compliance initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and ethics across Central and Eastern Europe, ensuring that WPP adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. You will manage risks related to anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption, developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate these risks. You will work closely with the Business Integrity team and the Regional Head of Compliance & Ethics to ensure that compliance programs are effective and aligned with WPP's values. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide training to employees on compliance-related topics. You will also be involved in investigating compliance breaches and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Your role will require you to stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that WPP remains at the forefront of compliance and ethics in the marketing services sector.
