What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the investigations team within WPP’s business integrity function, focusing on identifying and addressing compliance concerns. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that policies and procedures are understood and adhered to across all markets. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing recommendations for remediation. You will also play a key role in training and educating employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of ethical behavior throughout the organization.
You will work closely with senior leadership to report on compliance issues and develop strategies to enhance the company’s integrity program. Your insights will help shape policies that align with WPP’s commitment to ethical standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
