What you'll do

As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions to support our rapid customer growth. You will lead the problem-solving process for troubled orders, working closely with internal technical experts to improve supplier relationships and quality. Your role will involve reviewing orders and taking appropriate actions to ensure they are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You will also collaborate with a diverse team of engineering, business, and supply chain professionals to address manufacturing and supply chain challenges effectively.
