What you'll do

As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions that are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will utilize our internal ERP system and third-party software to manage orders and track project progress. Your role will involve reviewing orders on an exception basis to ensure they meet delivery and quality standards. You will lead the problem-solving process for any troubled orders, working closely with internal teams to enhance supplier relationships and ensure quality outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization, helping to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
