What you'll do

As a Partner Management Intern at Xometry, you will be at the forefront of driving partner performance and strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting partner relationships by assisting with onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support of Xometry’s manufacturing partners to ensure smooth collaboration. You will help monitor partner performance metrics such as quality, lead time, and capacity, preparing reports to support continuous improvement. Additionally, you will work with supply chain, quality, and operations teams to help resolve issues, document processes, and strengthen partner engagement. This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry while working in an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience across functional areas.
