Elastic is seeking a Partner Manager to drive business growth through partnerships with Value-Added Resellers and Distribution partners. You'll be responsible for managing partner relationships and executing channel sales strategies in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Who you are
You have a strong background in developing new client segments through partnerships, particularly with Value-Added Resellers and Distribution partners. Your experience includes identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing partners to support business goals and execute channel sales strategies. You are a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented partner leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of driving consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own an entire 'Partner-led' customer segment for Elastic's business in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. You will implement Elastic's Distribution program to drive growth, coverage, and scale. Working closely with our direct sales teams across all client segments, you will build pipeline, progress opportunities, and close revenue. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance partner engagement and ensuring that partners are equipped to effectively sell Elastic's solutions. You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
