You have a strong background in managing partnerships and supplier development, with a focus on optimizing performance and driving results. Your analytical skills allow you to identify performance gaps and develop effective strategies to enhance partner outcomes. You are adept at building trusted relationships and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve operational goals. Your experience in quality assurance and certification programs will be instrumental in establishing benchmarks for partner performance. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can advocate for partners and coach them to improve their capabilities. You understand the importance of reducing variability in manufacturing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Xometry's Partner Network initiatives, focusing on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners. You will analyze data to optimize partner performance and enforce manufacturing standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying training gaps within your portfolio and developing targeted strategies to improve partner outcomes. You will create and implement partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards, ensuring alignment with operational goals. You will manage the Partner Outsourcing Group, working closely with partners to enhance their capabilities and drive performance improvements. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to provide guidance and support, ultimately aiming to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
