Your ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership, particularly the Chief Sales Officer and Sales Leadership Team, is a key strength. You understand the importance of aligning sales initiatives with corporate objectives and translating them into clear, actionable plans.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales Strategy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and owning the multi-year sales strategy for Xometry. This includes market segmentation, go-to-market models, sales motions, and resource allocation. You will lead in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and internal sales performance data to inform your strategies.

Your role will involve creating a comprehensive strategic roadmap that translates corporate objectives into actionable sales initiatives.
