Who you are
You have a strong background in sales leadership, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment. You thrive in early-stage companies and have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build and lead teams is complemented by your data-driven approach to sales strategy and execution. You are a clear communicator who can work cross-functionally to align teams and drive results. You enjoy the challenge of building systems from scratch and are energized by the prospect of leading a sales organization through hyper-growth.
Desirable
Experience selling into industrial customers such as manufacturers is a plus. Familiarity with modern sales tools and methodologies will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Sales, you will own the sales strategy and execution for Amper. You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding within strategic accounts. Your role will involve mapping out the sales strategy while also being hands-on in closing deals. You will build a scalable sales organization that supports long-term growth and ensures that the sales team is equipped to meet ambitious targets. You will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in shaping the future of the company. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the sales team.
What we offer
Amper provides a competitive salary range of $320,000-370,000 at plan, plus generous early-stage stock option equity. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and unlimited paid time off.
