What you'll do

As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the initial triage of orders, uncovering potential issues and collaborating with multiple internal teams to resolve them. You will actively engage with Xometry’s partner network to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve developing recovery plans for complex orders in collaboration with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible service.

You will work closely with the Sourcing Team to execute a variety of service functions, contributing to a frictionless order experience for both partners and customers. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the complexities of sourcing and fulfillment.
