Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in account management.

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. With over 10 years of experience in sales and account management, you excel at developing strategic relationships with high-value clients. Your ability to lead and mentor a team is complemented by your strong analytical skills, allowing you to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities effectively. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and establishing executive-level relationships with key decision-makers. Your focus on customer satisfaction drives you to ensure that your team meets and exceeds client expectations consistently.
Desirable
Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces. You understand the nuances of working with Fortune 1000 companies and can leverage your network to expand business opportunities. A background in developing and executing strategic account plans will set you apart, as will your ability to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive significant revenue growth within Xometry's portfolio of key accounts. You will lead a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential. Your responsibilities will include establishing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M+, focusing on long-term growth and partnership. You will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint within these strategic partnerships, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of high-value clients.
You will also recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of key account managers, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will develop and manage sales forecasts and targets, analyzing performance metrics to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
