Xometry is seeking a Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. You'll lead a team focused on key accounts with significant annual spending. This role requires strong leadership and strategic account management skills.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with substantial revenue potential. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that foster long-term partnerships and drive growth. You excel at establishing executive-level relationships and understand the nuances of navigating complex organizational structures to maximize account potential.

You are a natural leader who thrives on mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Your ability to recruit, train, and inspire your team ensures they meet and exceed sales targets. You foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within your team.

Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion within key accounts. You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer needs, which informs your approach to account management and revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M+. You will establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships.

You will oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of key account managers, providing them with the leadership and guidance necessary to succeed. You will develop and manage sales forecasts and targets, ensuring your team is aligned with the company's revenue goals.

Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint within strategic partnerships, leveraging your insights into market dynamics and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs of key accounts are met and that the company delivers exceptional value.
