Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts and driving significant revenue growth. Your background includes developing and executing strategic account plans for high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships that yield mutual benefits. You excel at establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for expansion within these accounts.
You are a strong leader who has successfully recruited, hired, trained, and mentored high-performing sales teams. You foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring your team meets and exceeds sales targets while continuously improving their skills and performance. Your ability to coach and guide your team is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to develop and manage sales forecasts and targets effectively.
