Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the eCommerce sector. Your strategic mindset allows you to act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey with Yotpo's platform. You excel in building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives. Your ability to develop tailored strategies based on customer goals and challenges sets you apart. You are proactive in tracking adoption and performance metrics, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your communication skills enable you to lead strategic conversations and quarterly business reviews effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own customer relationships post-onboarding, developing success plans that align with their business goals. You will partner closely with Account Managers to drive retention and expansion, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting. Your responsibilities will include proactively managing risk through regular engagement and leading resolution strategies when challenges arise. You will lead strategic QBRs and executive-level conversations that align Yotpo’s roadmap to customer objectives. Your focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Yotpo’s solutions.
What we offer
