What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zenoti, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key high ARR customers, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to maximize their use of our platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance and solutions that drive their success. Your role will involve regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure that customers are achieving their desired outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to advocate for your customers and ensure their feedback is incorporated into our product development process.
