What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the software effectively. You will conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist clients in their journey with our software. Your role will also involve analyzing client usage data to identify areas for improvement and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
