You have a proven track record in customer service and sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
As the Senior Manager - Accounts/Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Commercial Insurance Accounts within Zensurance. This includes managing the processes that support a fantastic customer journey, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet and exceed client expectations. You will report directly to the Sales Director and play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Accounts team.
Your primary focus will be on coaching the leaders within your team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance. You will implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations, leveraging your expertise to drive results. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that the Accounts team aligns with the broader goals of Zensurance, contributing to the company's mission of redefining commercial insurance for Canadian businesses.
