Job Description

Who you are

You hold a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and you have 3 years of experience in a Software Development or Software Support role. Your background includes customer support within a security and mobile device management solution provider, showcasing your ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

You have hands-on experience utilizing Android Studio to test mobile applications, and you are familiar with MDM Solutions including Intune and WorkspaceOne. Your technical expertise allows you to design and implement mobile security architectures that meet customer requirements and enhance product usability.

You are a proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including customer success managers, support, development, and product teams. Your ability to gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the company is a key strength that drives customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement mobile security architectures, ensuring seamless product use for customers. You will serve as the primary technical expert on the platform, assisting customers with deployment planning and best practices to facilitate smooth rollouts of solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored technical documentation and gathering requirements to create complex, customized solutions in collaboration with customers.

You will work closely with the account management team to ensure customer success, providing resources to answer questions and identifying needs for account customization. Your role will also involve proactive management of risks associated with deployments, ensuring that customers can apply Zimperium's tools to achieve their business objectives.

What we offer

Zimperium offers a competitive salary of $128,253 per year, along with the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere in the United States. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in a supportive environment that values collaboration and innovation.
