You possess analytical skills that allow you to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies for success. You are passionate about improving customer experiences and have a track record of helping clients achieve their goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on proactively engaging with key stakeholders at large healthcare entities to ensure they maximize the value of Zocdoc's offerings. You will act as a value-added consultant, delivering well-timed, data-driven insights that lead to successful outcomes for your clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to address client concerns and drive improvements in service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, as well as providing feedback to the product team to enhance the Zocdoc marketplace. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align client goals with Zocdoc's mission and objectives.
