You have extensive experience in leading teams within operational environments, particularly in vehicle maintenance or related fields. Your background includes developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and safety. You are a strong communicator, capable of translating company objectives into actionable plans for your team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You understand the importance of safety standards and have experience enforcing EH&S and 5S principles in a workshop setting. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You are adept at managing change and driving operational excellence, with a focus on scalability and readiness for future growth.
What you'll do
As the Senior Team Lead for Base Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that the fleet of Robotaxi vehicles is maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a team of vehicle technicians, providing guidance and support while implementing best practices in fleet maintenance. Your role will involve developing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and safety across the workshop.
