Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly within the enterprise sector, and possess the ability to understand complex business needs β your experience allows you to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working with various cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, and have a solid understanding of data replication and pipeline technologies. Your technical expertise is complemented by excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers alike.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are capable of managing your time effectively while maintaining high levels of productivity. You have a proven track record of supporting sales processes and providing technical insights that drive customer success. Your analytical mindset helps you identify customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
Desirable
Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools like Grafana. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python will further enhance your ability to engage with technical discussions and provide valuable insights to customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Enterprise sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Fivetran's solutions can address their data challenges. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including conducting product demonstrations and participating in proof-of-value processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams, including Account Executives, Professional Services, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
You will develop and deliver technical presentations that showcase the capabilities of Fivetran's data replication solutions, helping customers visualize the benefits of our technology. Additionally, you will assist in identifying technical requirements and addressing any concerns that may arise during the sales process. Your contributions will be critical in building strong relationships with Enterprise customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
