What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you will play a crucial role in the Solutions Consulting team — you will engage with customers to understand their unique security challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing Zscaler's zero trust security solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical presentations, demonstrating product capabilities, and assisting in the development of customized solutions that meet client needs.
You will collaborate closely with sales teams to support the sales process, providing technical expertise during customer meetings and helping to address any technical objections that may arise. Your role will also involve working with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
