Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with zero trust security principles. A background in technical sales or engineering roles will enhance your ability to succeed in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales engineering team in Canada, driving the technical strategy to align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that address their unique challenges. Your expertise will guide the team in presenting technical demonstrations and responding to RFPs, ensuring that Zscaler's offerings are effectively communicated to potential clients.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Regularly assessing team performance and implementing strategies for improvement will be part of your responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
