You have a proven track record in sales engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical sales role. Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or cloud solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with Zero Trust principles. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients and partners. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses, and you are eager to share your knowledge and insights with your team and clients.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Zscaler, you will lead a team of sales engineers who are responsible for demonstrating the value of our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and help shape the future of our offerings. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will engage with customers throughout the sales process, conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our solutions. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in building trust and credibility with clients. You will also play a key role in responding to RFPs and preparing technical documentation that supports the sales process.
