What you'll do

As a Solutions Experience Architect at Zscaler, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey by designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that our solutions are not only effective but also user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer feedback, analyzing data to inform design decisions, and continuously iterating on solutions to enhance user satisfaction. You will also be involved in training and supporting customers, ensuring they fully understand and can leverage our products to their advantage.
