You are a natural leader who inspires your team to excel, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in relation to identity management and secure access solutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate the value of 1Password's offerings to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives. You are passionate about helping organizations enhance their security posture while improving productivity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading one of 1Password's Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region, driving revenue growth and ensuring the team's success. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share. You will mentor and coach your team members, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed in their roles.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with product offerings and market demands. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the team. Your role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with 1Password's solutions.
