You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your leadership style is inclusive, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Desirable
Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers is a plus, as is familiarity with design tools or platforms. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth. A background in consulting or customer success can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on expanding Figma's footprint among enterprise clients.
