What you'll do
As the Account Management Director at 9fin, you will lead a team of 6β8 Account Managers, guiding them to achieve their quotas and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that enhance team performance and customer success, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to excel. Your hands-on coaching approach will foster a culture of accountability and high achievement, allowing your team to thrive in a competitive environment.
You will work closely with other departments to align strategies and ensure that client needs are met effectively. Your role will involve disciplined pipeline and forecast management, allowing you to make informed decisions that shape the direction of the sales organization.
