ABBYY is seeking a Global Revenue Enablement Program Lead to manage global enablement programs and the enablement tech stack. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in Budapest with hybrid work options.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in revenue enablement or sales training. You understand the importance of equipping teams with the right tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in a supportive team environment and are committed to driving growth for both yourself and the company. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with enablement platforms such as Seismic and Mindtickle is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. A background in AI or intelligent automation can also be beneficial, given ABBYY's focus on these areas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute global enablement programs, including onboarding, certifications, and ongoing training initiatives. You will be responsible for administering ABBYY's enablement tech stack, ensuring that the tools are effectively utilized to enhance field readiness. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Revenue Enablement to align on strategies and objectives, while also operating independently to drive execution. Your responsibilities will include managing the training calendar, updating content, and analyzing program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with communicating updates and changes to the field teams, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to perform at their best.
