Dscout is seeking an Account Director to drive new business and expand relationships with existing customers. You'll engage with senior leaders at innovative companies and shape the way brands connect with their customers. This role requires strong consultative sales skills and a strategic mindset.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building trusted partnerships with senior leaders at enterprise and mid-market companies. Your consultative approach allows you to engage executives in compelling conversations about unlocking deeper understanding of their customers. You are adept at creating account plans that align with client strategies, ensuring long-term growth through renewals and advocacy for client success.

You stay ahead of industry trends and client challenges, positioning your company as an essential partner in experience research. Your ability to share client feedback and market intelligence helps shape product strategy and go-to-market approaches. You understand the importance of cultivating long-term relationships across multiple teams and functions, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and close new business opportunities, guiding prospects through a consultative sales process that highlights ROI and strategic value. You will create account plans that align with your clients' directions and help internal teams support their growth. Your responsibilities will include engaging with executives to drive new partnerships and expanding relationships with existing customers.

You will lead with insight, staying informed about industry trends and client challenges. By sharing client feedback and market intelligence, you will contribute to shaping the sales vision and the overall success of the team.
