What you'll do

As the Director of Forensic Services, you will develop and implement a strategic vision for the Forensics team, focusing on revenue and profitability growth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively among team members. Your role will involve conducting forensic investigations to support customer needs and providing expert testimony when required. You will also be responsible for optimizing department efficiency and monitoring sales performance on a monthly basis.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and PR teams to drive awareness of forensic services, aiming to increase the number of qualified leads. Additionally, you will coordinate with the AFB Business Operations Team and Contracts team to facilitate rapid contract negotiations involving the forensics group. Your leadership will be crucial in integrating the latest technology and data sources into forensic analysis and report generation, ensuring that your team remains at the forefront of the industry.
