You are an accomplished and strategic sales leader with a proven track record in advertising sales. With experience navigating complex digital media and data targeting solutions, you excel in building lasting client relationships and developing innovative advertising strategies. You thrive in a constantly changing environment and possess strong problem-solving leadership skills, allowing you to manage agency relationships effectively, particularly with senior management and brand teams.
You have a deep understanding of the media agency landscape and are adept at developing industry-transforming strategies. Your ability to communicate creative ideas and solutions effectively has been key to your success in influencing multiple levels within organizations. You are results-driven and have demonstrated performance in driving revenue growth through media, data, measurement, and analytics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the advertising sales strategy for AccuWeather, focusing on building and selling digital advertising solutions. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with Holding Company agencies, focusing on the C-Suite and various investment and brand teams. You will collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored strategies for assigned holding companies, driving revenue through effective media and data solutions.
You will contribute to a high-caliber team that is experiencing rapid growth, ensuring that your strategies align with the company's objectives. Your role will require you to stay informed about the changing agency and media landscape, allowing you to adapt strategies as needed. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
