You are an entrepreneurial individual eager to launch your sales career in a dynamic environment. Your ability to manage your own sales strategy will be key to your success in this role. You enjoy collaborating with a team and are excited about the opportunity to work in a brand-new office in Liberty Village, Toronto, while also having the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of your own sales strategy, reaching out to HR leaders at Fortune 500 companies to initiate conversations and qualify meetings for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and ensuring that you meet your sales targets. You will also engage in skill development activities to enhance your sales techniques and strategies. Collaboration with your team will be essential as you share insights and strategies to improve overall performance.
